To manage the day-to-day running of The Bakehouse Code - from handling sales and billing to coordinating with chefs and promoting the brand - so the owner can focus on growing the business.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Handling
- Handle walk-in customers and take orders at the counter/stall
- Ensure every customer has a good experience and leaves happy
- Upsell and suggest products to increase average order value
Petpooja & Billing
- Manage all billing through Petpooja POS
- Maintain daily sales reports and share with owner
- Handle cash, UPI, and card payments accurately
Chef & Kitchen Coordination
- Communicate daily production requirements to the baking team
- Ensure items are ready on time for the stall or counter
- Inform chefs about custom orders, special requests, and deadlines
Bakery Operations
- Open and close the stall / store daily
- Maintain stock levels and flag when ingredients / packaging need reordering
- Keep the stall clean, organized, and well - displayed at all times
Marketing & Social Media
- Post daily / regular content on Instagram & WhatsApp
- Click good photos of bakery items for social media
- Share offers and new arrivals in the GrandSpa community groups
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
