Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience and supporting the organization's talent acquisition goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Conduct telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face interviews.
- Evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Recruitment Coordination
- Prepare and post job advertisements on relevant platforms.
- Maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Coordinate interview schedules and feedback collection.
- Conduct reference and background verification checks.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
- Provide regular recruitment status updates to hiring managers.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners.
Candidate Experience
- Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Manage offer negotiations and compensation discussions.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding for selected candidates.
Recruitment Reporting
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
- Prepare recruitment reports and dashboards.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and documentation.
Employer Branding
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
- Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and networking events.
- Promote the organization as an employer of choice.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience using job portals and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Understanding of recruitment processes and interview techniques.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
