About the Role
Eminentsoft Technologies is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Social Media Marketing Manager to lead and manage social media marketing campaigns for our company and clients.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media strategy, content planning, performance marketing, and AI-powered marketing tools. Experience using Claude and other AI tools for content creation, research, campaign planning, and marketing automation will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies for Eminentsoft and its clients.
- Plan, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
- Manage and monitor Google Ads campaigns and coordinate with the performance marketing team.
- Develop monthly social media content calendars and campaign plans.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize campaigns to improve reach, engagement, leads, conversions, and ROI.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and market research.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, content writers, and SEO teams.
- Review and improve social media creatives, captions, ad copies, and campaign messaging.
- Track and analyze social media insights, advertising metrics, and campaign KPIs.
- Prepare regular social media and advertising performance reports for clients.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, advertising strategies, platform updates, and algorithm changes.
- Use AI tools to improve productivity, content quality, research, campaign ideation, and marketing workflows.
- Explore and implement Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI-powered tools for digital marketing activities.
- Manage multiple client accounts and ensure campaigns are delivered within deadlines.
- Communicate directly with clients when required and present campaign performance and recommendations.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Social Media Marketing / Digital Marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Facebook/Instagram advertising.
- Good understanding of Google Ads and paid digital marketing.
- Experience in developing social media strategies and content calendars.
- Strong knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, campaign optimization, and conversion tracking.
- Experience with social media analytics and performance reporting.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA, ROAS, engagement rate, and conversion rate.
- Excellent communication and client-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
AI Skills – Preferred
Candidates with practical experience using AI tools for marketing will be preferred.
