About the Role
We are seeking dynamic and academically driven Assistant Professors to support teaching, mentoring, and academic development for BBA and MBA programs across our partner universities. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, effective classroom delivery skills, and the ability to engage students through practical and industry-oriented learning methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver lectures for BBA and MBA courses in areas such as:
- Marketing
- Finance
- Human Resources
- Operations
- Business Analytics
- Entrepreneurship
- Organizational Behavior
- Strategic Management
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
- Mentor and guide students on academic and career development.
- Conduct tutorials, seminars, workshops, and project supervision.
- Participate in curriculum development and academic planning.
- Support accreditation, examination, and university academic processes.
- Encourage research activities, publications, and industry collaborations.
- Maintain student attendance, academic records, and evaluation reports.
- Collaborate with faculty and university administration for academic excellence.
Eligibility Criteria
- MBA with First Class from a recognized university.
- NET / PhD preferred as per university norms.
- Prior teaching experience in BBA/MBA programs is preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Industry experience will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in digital teaching tools and LMS platforms.
