Job Summary
We are looking for an IT Technician to provide technical support and maintain the company's computer systems, networks, and IT equipment. The candidate should be able to troubleshoot hardware and software issues and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and configure computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Provide technical support to employees.
- Set up email accounts and user access permissions.
- Maintain internet, Wi-Fi, and network connectivity.
- Install software updates and antivirus programs.
- Maintain IT asset records and inventory.
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs and IT purchases.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and Microsoft Office.
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
