- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) with B.Ed. qualification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Commerce subjects and curriculum frameworks.
- Experience in teaching CBSE/State Board curriculum preferred.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to use digital teaching tools and educational technology.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Ability to design creative learning activities and assessments.
