We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to plan, design, and execute architectural and interior projects. The candidate should be capable of preparing drawings, coordinating with clients, consultants, and site teams, and ensuring timely project execution.
- Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and detailed working drawings
- Develop concept designs and space planning solutions
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, consultants, and site engineers
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and presentation drawings
- Ensure projects comply with local building regulations and standards
- Coordinate interior, civil, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works
- Manage project documentation and approvals
- Assist in tendering and vendor coordination
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
