Enestock is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive / Closer to drive B2B sales across our drone manufacturing, 360° virtual tour, VR, and immersive technology solutions.
You will be responsible for converting warm leads into successful projects and product sales by conducting client meetings, demos, presentations, and negotiations with corporates, real estate developers, hospitality brands, industrial clients, and government organizations.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology-driven sales and capable of handling high-value consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle warm leads generated by the telecalling and marketing teams
- Meet potential clients and conduct product/service presentations
- Demonstrate drone solutions, 360° Virtual Tours, VR experiences, and immersive media services
- Understand client requirements and prepare customized proposals and quotations
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals
- Coordinate with internal production and technical teams for project execution and delivery timelines
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Achieve monthly revenue and sales targets
- Develop long-term relationships with corporate and institutional clients
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of B2B sales experience (technology, drone, AV, media, SaaS, real estate, or industrial sectors preferred)
- Strong communication and presentation skills in Hindi and English
- Comfortable with field sales, client visits, and site meetings
- Strong negotiation and consultative selling abilities
- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage medium to long sales cycles
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling drones, tech hardware, or industrial solutions
- Knowledge of drone technology, VR, immersive media, or aerial surveying solutions
- Existing network in real estate, hospitality, infrastructure, construction, industrial, or government sectors
- Experience handling government or PSU clients is a strong advantage
