Ecommerce Executive
Position Overview
Job Title: Ecommerce Executive

Reporting To: Ecommerce Manager / Operations Head
Experience Required: 1–3 years in ecommerce operations or marketplace management
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Ecommerce Executive to manage and grow our presence across third-party marketplaces including Amazon (US), Walmart (US), eBay (US), and our own website. The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day operations, customer service, listing management, performance analysis, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Process and manage order fulfillment, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
- Monitor inventory for MFN 1-day and FBA stock levels.
- Manage FBA Removal Orders as required.
- Conduct daily account health monitoring — ODR, Late Shipment Rate, Negative Feedback, and Buyer Response Time.
- Maintain marketplace documentation and account information.
- Follow up on assigned tasks and open cases daily.
Customer Service & Case Management
- Handle customer inquiries related to products, sizing, measurements, shipping status, missing or wrong items, and repairs.
- Manage returns, refunds, replacements, and repair requests efficiently.
- Resolve A-to-Z Claims, SAFE-T Claims, Payment Disputes, and eBay cases.
- Coordinate with carriers regarding lost, delayed, or stuck shipments.
- Remove negative feedback and maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
- Coordinate with the US team for customer issue resolution.
Listing & Marketplace Maintenance
- Create, update, and optimise product listings across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and the company website.
- Ensure listings are accurate with correct titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and keywords (SEO).
- Monitor and fix listing suppression, buybox issues, and compliance flags.
- Keep shipping templates and pricing up to date.
Analysis & Reporting
- Prepare monthly Sales and Return Analysis reports for each marketplace.
- Conduct Competitor Pricing Analysis and Pricing Validation Reports.
- Generate Marketplace Performance Reports and Shipping Template Verification Reports.
- Deliver customised reports and analysis as required.
- Provide recommendations to improve sales, customer experience, listing quality, and operational efficiency.
Team Coordination & Project Management
- Act as a liaison between the operations team and US-based stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional tasks to ensure timely project completion.
- Document SOPs and maintain updated process guides.
Website Management
- Assist in managing and updating the company website.
- Ensure product pages, banners, and content are current and accurate.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, or eBay.
- Experience with FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) operations is required.
Skills & Knowledge
- Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, and eBay Seller Hub.
- Strong understanding of account health metrics (ODR, LSR, ASIN suppression).
- Experience handling A-to-Z Claims, SAFE-T Claims, and payment disputes.
- Familiarity with inventory management and FBA logistics.
- Competence in MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
- Strong written English communication skills for customer service.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Nice to Have
- Experience with listing tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar).
- Knowledge of basic SEO and keyword optimisation for product listings.
- Familiarity with Shopify or other ecommerce platforms.
- Experience using project management tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
