1. Network Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
o Monitor, diagnose, and resolve hardware and software issues in LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and network infrastructure.
o Address connectivity problems, network slowdowns, and outages promptly.
o Set up and configure network devices like routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
o Install network cables, patch panels, and related physical infrastructure.
o monitor network performance and health.
o Optimize bandwidth usage, reduce latency, and improve overall network efficiency.
o Implement and maintain firewall rules, antivirus systems, and VPNs.
o Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, GDPR, PCI-DSS).
o Provide second- or third-level support to users facing network issues.
o Log, track, and resolve support tickets related to network performance.
o Maintain detailed records of network configurations, incidents, and change logs.
o Create technical documentation for internal use and audits.
o Plan and implement system upgrades with minimal disruption.
o Work with IT teams, vendors, and service providers to manage infrastructure projects.
o Support data center operations and remote office connectivity.
o Support backup systems and ensure quick recovery of network services in the event of a failure.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
