Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team Development:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the outbound sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement training programs to enhance team skills and productivity.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture.
- Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive outbound sales strategy aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Identify target markets and create plans for penetrating new markets and expanding customer acquisition efforts.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to position the company competitively.
- Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Handle escalated customer concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Actively participate in high-stakes sales presentations and negotiations.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics to ensure team objectives are met.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and insights to the executive team.
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and analyze data.
- Collaboration and Cross-functional Support:
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align sales efforts and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Provide feedback on product offerings and customer preferences to inform product development.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
