We are seeking a professional and courteous Receptionist to manage front desk operations, greet visitors, handle incoming calls, and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk Management
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure a clean and organized environment.
- Manage visitor records and issue visitor passes as required.
Telephone & Communication Handling
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls to the appropriate departments.
- Take and relay messages accurately and promptly.
- Handle general inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Administrative Support
- Maintain records, files, and office documents.
- Coordinate courier, postal, and dispatch activities.
- Schedule meetings and manage conference room bookings.
- Assist HR and Administration departments with routine office tasks.
Office Coordination
- Monitor office supplies and place replenishment requests.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required.
- Support travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and other administrative activities.
Data Management
- Maintain employee and visitor databases.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain attendance records if assigned.
- Ensure confidentiality of company information and records.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or Customer Service Executive.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
