Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and develop new customers and market opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
- Promote company products and explain product features and benefits to customers.
- Generate leads through field visits, references, and market research.
- Prepare sales plans and execute strategies to increase market reach.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert them into sales.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints.
- Ensure timely communication with customers.
Market & Competition Analysis:
- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs and competitor activities.
- Collect market feedback and share insights with the management.
- Identify new business segments and growth opportunities.
Sales Reporting:
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Maintain customer database and sales records.
- Track sales performance and follow up on pending orders and payments.
Coordination:
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth order execution.
- Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills:

- Good presentation and convincing skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits.
Qualification:
- Any Graduate / MBA (Sales & Marketing preferred).
- Experience in sales, distribution, or industrial products preferred.
