The Senior Sales Manager – Luxury Real Estate will be responsible for driving high-value residential and commercial luxury property sales starting from ₹5 Cr and above. The role involves managing premium clients, developing strategic sales plans, building strong relationships with HNIs/UHNIs, and closing large-ticket transactions while maintaining the company’s brand reputation and service standards.
Experience Required:
- minimum 3 years in luxury/high-ticket property sales (₹5 Cr+)
- Proven experience in handling HNIs, UHNIs, investors, and corporate clients
Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Client Relationship Management
- Develop and manage a strong pipeline of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
- Generate premium leads through referrals, channel partners, brokers, and networking.
- Build long-term relationships with elite clientele through personalized engagement.
Luxury Property Sales & Advisory
- Present and promote luxury residential and commercial projects.
- Understand client investment goals and lifestyle requirements.
- Provide customized property solutions and investment advice.
Sales Strategy & Target Achievement
- Design and implement sales strategies for high-value inventory.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Monitor sales performance and optimize conversion ratios.
Site Visits & Deal Closure
- Conduct exclusive property tours and private viewings.
- Lead negotiations and finalize high-value transactions.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and documentation teams.
Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis
- Track luxury market trends, pricing, and buyer behavior.
- Analyze competitor offerings and positioning.
- Provide strategic insights to management.
Team Leadership & Mentoring (If Applicable)
- Guide and mentor junior sales managers and executives.
- Set performance benchmarks and conduct reviews.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain detailed sales reports and forecasts.
- Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
- Adhere to RERA and other statutory guidelines.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
