## About Us
Shubh Propack Pvt. Ltd. is a growing packaging company serving the Colour Cosmetics,
Skincare, and Personal Care industries. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented
Accountant to join our team and support our daily accounting and administrative
operations.
## Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and maintain sales invoices and purchase entries.
* Record bank transactions and perform bank reconciliations.
* Process online payments and maintain payment records.
* Send account statements and ledgers to customers and vendors.
* Follow up with clients regarding outstanding payments through emails and phone calls.
* Coordinate with Chartered Accountants for GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances and
filings.
* Maintain expense records and accounting documentation.
* Coordinate with the sales team for order updates and related entries.
* Update and maintain pending order and dispatch tracking sheets.
* Coordinate with the warehouse team regarding dispatch status and inventory records.
* Maintain stock management and MIS reports in Excel.
* Support general office administration and routine operational activities.
## Required Skills
* 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles.
* Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
* Experience with Zoho Books is preferred.
* Proficiency in MS Excel and email communication.
* Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
