Project Role Description : Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Service Management member to join the team and take ownership of Se ice Delivery. Experience on Incident Management Change Management and Reporting.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Strong understanding of ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
Familiarity with cloud services CAWS, Azure, etc), virtualization, networking, and IT infrastructure.
Experience with service automation, monitoring tools, and reporting platforms.
Professional & Technical Skills:
ITIL v3/v4 Foundation (mandatoy), with intermediate or expert-level 'TIL certifications preferred (e.g., 'TIL Sep.'ice Manager, 'TIL Expert).
Other certifications related to se ice management (e.g., COBIT, Six Sigma, or PMP) are a plus.
Additional Information:

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with teams atall levels.
Excellent written and 'verbal communication skills, with the abiliv to present complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
