Role: OT Technician
Department: Operation Theatre
Key Responsibilities
Prepare OT, surgical instruments, equipment, and consumables.
Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing staff during procedures.
Maintain aseptic technique, sterilization, and infection-control standards.
Ensure proper instrument, swab, and equipment counts.
Handle OT equipment safely and report faults promptly.
Maintain OT records, stock, and consumable inventory.
Follow hospital SOPs, patient-safety, and biomedical-waste protocols.
Qualification & Skills
Diploma/B.Sc. in Operation Theatre Technology or equivalent.
0–3 years’ relevant experience preferred.
Knowledge of surgical instruments, sterilization, and OT procedures.
Good teamwork, communication, and ability to work under pressure.

- Ensure proper cleaning and post-operative OT preparation.
- Follow hospital SOPs, patient-safety, and biomedical-waste protocols.
- Qualification: Diploma/B.Sc. in Operation Theatre Technology; relevant hospital experience preferred.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
