Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day administrative and clerical work.
- Maintain student, staff, and school records accurately.
- Prepare and manage official correspondence, letters, circulars, and documentation.
- Manage filing systems (physical and digital).
- Assist with admissions and student documentation.
- Coordinate with school departments and Head Office.
- Maintain attendance records and other administrative registers.
- Prepare reports using MS Excel and MS Word.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and visitor queries professionally.
- Support office operations and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of school records and documents.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in school administration or office clerical work.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
- Good typing speed in English (Marathi typing will be an added advantage).
- Strong documentation and record management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-organized, punctual, and able to work under deadlines.
- Experience with school ERP software will be an added advantage.
