Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall functioning of the hospital during assigned shifts.
- Coordinate with clinical, nursing, operations, housekeeping, security, engineering, and support departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle patient and attendant concerns, complaints, and service recovery initiatives.
- Monitor patient flow, bed management, admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies, quality standards, and NABH requirements.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, and operational issues.
- Conduct regular rounds across hospital departments and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare shift reports and escalate critical issues to senior management.
- Support departmental coordination during VIP visits, audits, and accreditation activities.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and patient-friendly environment within the hospital.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
- Master's Degree in Hospital Administration (MHA/MBA Hospital Management) preferred.
- 3–7 years of experience in hospital operations, administration, or healthcare management.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Pay: ₹14,322.60 - ₹25,568.51 per month
