We are seeking dedicated telecallers to support our student admissions process. This role is essential for connecting with prospective students, guiding them on available courses, and helping them enroll in the right programs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle Inbound and Outbound Calls:
Reach out to prospective students and parents to share information about our courses and admission process.
Respond to incoming inquiries about programs, eligibility, and admission requirements.
Provide Information on Courses:
Explain course details, fees, batch timings, and other specifics to help students make informed decisions.
Assist with addressing questions and concerns to ensure a smooth enrollment experience.
Follow-Up:
Regularly follow up with leads who have shown interest in courses but haven’t yet enrolled.
Send reminders for application deadlines, document submissions, and upcoming sessions.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate records of each call, including call details, student preferences, and any feedback.
Update the CRM system with student details to support admissions team tracking.
Collaborate with the Admissions Team:
Work closely with the admissions department to provide relevant data on student inquiries and assist in meeting enrollment targets.
Meet Communication and Enrollment Goals:
Achieve daily call and conversion targets as set by the admissions team.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in tele calling or customer service preferred.
Strong communication skills in [ Tamil & English languages].
Comfortable using CRM or other call management software.
