Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, Flows, and Triggers.
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Platform Events, and middleware tools.
- Develop API integrations for ERP, HRMS, CTI, payment gateways, messaging platforms, and external applications.
- Work on real-time, batch, and event-driven integration patterns.
- Design reusable APIs and integration frameworks following best practices.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards.
- Optimize system performance, governor limits, and integration efficiency.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver business requirements.
- Participate in solution design, technical estimation, and deployment planning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to integrations and Salesforce customizations.
- Support CI/CD processes, deployment automation, and release management activities.
- Maintain technical documentation, API specifications, and integration design documents.
