What you’ll do?
- Updating/authorization of collection receipt entries in the core system and resolving the reconciliation of open items related to collections.
- Sharing of foreclosure simulation to internal and external customers and initiating Prepayment and foreclosure in the core system within TAT and accuracy.
- Initiating various transactions in the system such as refunds, BPI/Charges waivers, etc.
- Follow-up with the relevant authorities for the necessary approvals on refunds/waivers/deviations/billing, etc.
- Coordinating for EMI representations and tracking of cheque realization & marking status in the LOS.
- Preparing & publishing: Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS Reports, Monthly performance analyses, Business reports, and cross-validation with dashboards
- Ensuring all critical asset monitoring data is properly maintained and tracked on LOS for all loan accounts.
- Playing the role of checker activities in post-disbursal documents (PDD) processes
- Responsible for monitoring the PDDs & ensuring compliance as per agreed policies and maintaining the PDD trackers & publishing TAT MIS to stakeholders.
- Coordinating with different units for the loan data and checking its accuracy.
- Registration of Creation/Modification and Satisfaction of Charges Keeping check on Audit and Compliance issues and assisting in formulating policies & processes in adherence to the necessary guidelines. Monitoring tasks/checks related to regulatory (CIC, CKYC, RBI, etc)
Who you need to be?
- Minimum of 2 plus years of relevant experience in loan processing backend operations in NBF or MFI, with exposure to various loan products.
- Exposure proprietary tools for LOS & LMS, and vendor systems such as NACH, PA & PG; KRAs; CKYC; CIC; FI & FCU.
- Proficient in MS Office suite- Word, PPT, Excel, etc. SQL Knowledge is preferred.
- Excellent communication, analytical & problem-solving skills
- Handling real-time emergencies and reporting RCA.
- Experience in cross-functional coordination
- Capable of working independently & with the team to execute tasks efficiently
- Capable of assisting the Leadership by providing the required information/data
- Curiosity and a passion for FinTech
Location:
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
