⭐ JOB DESCRIPTION — Social Media Executive (Brand Face & Digital Growth)
Company: Trsna Foods Location: Bhandup West, Mumbai Reporting To: Founder (CEO Office) Travel: Required (store visits, shoots, influencer collaborations)
⭐ ROLE SUMMARY
This is a high‑visibility, content‑creation and digital‑growth role for Trsna Foods. The incumbent will manage the brand’s entire social media ecosystem across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Ads, while also becoming a public‑facing representative of the brand through reels, product showcases, and store‑level content shoots.
The role also requires direct coordination with our Brand Ambassador, her team, and external creators to maximise content output and brand visibility.
⭐ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across:
- Instagram
- Facebook
- LinkedIn
- YouTube
- Google Ads
- Build monthly content calendars aligned with brand campaigns.
2. On‑Camera Content Creation
- Shoot reels, product demos, store visits, and customer interactions.
- Confidently appear on camera as the face of Trsna Foods.
- Create high‑quality short‑form videos optimised for virality.
3. Coordination with our Brand Ambassador
- Work directly with our Brand Ambassador and her team.
- Plan shoots, recipes, product integrations, and promotional content.
- Ensure maximum content extraction from every engagement.
4. SEO, Performance Marketing & Analytics
- Manage SEO for website and product pages.
- Run Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube).
- Track analytics across all platforms and optimise for growth.
- Prepare weekly performance reports.
5. Brand Building & Community Engagement
- Respond to comments, DMs, and customer queries.
- Engage with influencers, creators, and food bloggers.
- Build a strong digital community around Trsna Foods.
6. Store Visits & On‑Ground Content
- Visit retail stores where Trsna Foods is listed.
- Shoot product placements, customer reactions, and brand visibility.
- Coordinate with store managers for approvals and setups.
7. Creative Direction & Ideation
- Develop new content formats, campaigns, and brand storytelling ideas.
- Work closely with the CEO for brand positioning and messaging.
⭐ IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
Technical Skills
- Deep knowledge of:
- Instagram growth strategies
- Facebook & LinkedIn content optimisation
- YouTube content structuring
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Video)
- SEO fundamentals
- Strong video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro preferred).
- Strong photography and videography sense.
Communication & Personality
- Confident on camera
- Strong personal presentation
- Creative, energetic, and proactive
- Excellent spoken and written English & Hindi
- Ability to handle public‑facing brand representation
Experience
- 1–8 years in:
- Social media management
- Content creation
- Digital marketing
- Influencer coordination
- Experience in FMCG or food brands is a bonus.
Education
- Graduate in:
- Mass Media
- Marketing
- Communications
- Digital Marketing
- Or any relevant field
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
