Job Summary
NSL Fashion Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Process Coordinator to ensure smooth coordination across departments, monitor order flow, maintain process documentation, and support timely execution of production and operational activities. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and operational processes.
Track order progress from confirmation to final delivery.
Maintain process records, reports, and documentation.
Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for timely completion of tasks.
Monitor daily workflow and follow up on pending activities.
Prepare MIS reports and update operational data.
Ensure timely communication between production, accounts, stores, and management.
Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and process-related documents.
Identify process gaps and support continuous process improvements.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining quality standards.
Required Skills
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
1–2 years of experience in Process Coordination, Operations, or Administration.
Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
