About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive with at least 1 year of experience in the IT services industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with potential clients, scheduling meetings with senior team members, following up with prospects, and supporting the closure of business deals for web and mobile application development services.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate leads through online platforms, social media, LinkedIn, portals, and other business development channels.
- Identify potential clients for website development and mobile application development services.
- Connect with clients through calls, emails, and messages to understand their requirements.
- Schedule meetings between clients and senior management/business team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and prospects.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project discussions.
- Assist in closing deals and achieving business targets.
- Maintain and update client databases and lead reports.
- Build strong professional relationships with clients for long-term business opportunities.
- Research market trends and competitor activities in the IT services industry.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of IT services, websites, and mobile applications.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of lead generation and client handling.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, or other lead generation platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
