The ideal candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:
Educational Qualification: Any Graduation /BA (English)/ MA (English)/Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) with English as a subject
Language Proficiency: Strong English speaking and writing skills
Experience: Previous teaching experience as a English Subject Teacher is preferred
Pedagogical Skills: Ability to design engaging lesson plans for English and deliver interactive learning sessions
Classroom Management: Capability to maintain a disciplined yet friendly learning environment
Technology Adaptability: Familiarity with digital teaching tools and basic computer skills
Additional Qualities: Patience, creativity, perseverance, honesty, and excellent communication skills
