About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Consultant – Training & Delivery with strong expertise in Analytics and a passion for teaching. This role involves training delivery, content development, and client engagement across institutional, corporate, and EdTech ecosystems.
Openings by Location:
- Kochi – 1 (Onboarding before June 2026)
- Bangalore – 3 (Onboarding before May 2026)
- NCR – 3 (Onboarding before June 2026)
- Mumbai – 1 (Onboarding by August 2026)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training needs analysis and propose suitable learning solutions.
- Develop high-quality training content: presentations, case studies, assessments, and exercises.
- Deliver engaging instructor-led sessions in Analytics and related tools.
- Achieve monthly delivery and content development targets.
- Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to create proposals and demos.
- Maintain excellent learner feedback and training outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and documentation.
- Stay updated with analytics tools and industry trends.
- Travel for client training engagements (40–50%).
Required Skills:
- Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Analytics, Statistics, and data interpretation.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Python
- R
- SQL
- Tableau
- Power BI
- Advanced Excel
- Machine Learning concepts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong time management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in training delivery or instructional design.
- Familiarity with LMS and blended learning tools.
- Experience with universities, institutions, or corporate L&D teams.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse learners.
