The ideal candidate will have a strong background in COTS (Commercial Off-The-Shelf) software and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the subject matter expert for COTS software, providing guidance and support to clients and internal teams
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and recommend appropriate COTS solutions
- Design, configure, and implement COTS software to meet client requirements
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure the functionality and performance of COTS software
- Provide training and support to clients on COTS software usage and best practices
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in COTS software to continuously improve our offerings
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of COTS software with other systems and processes
- Participate in project planning and management, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
- Document processes, procedures, and best practices related to COTS software for future reference
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on COTS software
- Strong understanding of COTS software architecture, configuration, and customization
- Experience with project management and delivery in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of successfully implementing COTS software solutions
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and project implementations, if required
Additional Parameters:
- Experience with international clients and projects is a plus
- Knowledge of other software systems and technologies, such as ERP and CRM, is an advantage
- Certifications in COTS software or project management are desirable

Work Experience
- Managing end to end documentation of Point of Sales application, related activities, interfaces and ensuring smooth flow of business.

Preparation of Detailed Functional Specific Document for the jewellery.

Working closely with all the stake holders to capture the business process and taking the sign off.

Interaction with the development team for the project development

Providing DigITal solutions to the business during the functional document preparation

Ability to work flexible hours as per the shift timings including weekends and holidays based on the market requirements.

Providing 100% accuracy on the quality of the application

Monitoring daily check list and ensure to complete the defined activities.

Ensure ongoing operations support for the existing applications and processes as per the country time.

Regular interaction with the Retail team and capturing the business requirements.

Training for the Retail team for the new business process

Preparation of User manual process and ensure to release the same to the store team before the project launch.

Preparation of Videos for all the modules and enable the DigITal solution for the store team.

Responsible to validate the business process is working as expected in the production application.

Revenue Assurance – verifying the data in the production application and ensuring the application is working fine without any revenue leakages.

Ready for travelling as and when for the business need

Effective Management of Modules and Provide Solutions on time.

Coordination with the DigITal team and ensure to consolidate the presentation.

Responsible for detailed end to end testing by capturing the test cases and expected results.

Tracking production issues and providing solutions immediately on same day

On time completion of project milestones and completion of key process
Any Graduate with relevant experience in any one of the following: Retail / Commercial

At least 4 to 6 years of Work Experience in Jewellery retail operations.

Good understanding of Business Process in the IBD DigITal domain.

Flexible in working as per the shift timings including weekends & holidays.

Ability to articulate ideas clearly.

Good Documentation skills & Analytical skills.

Good communication skills.
-
Communication in Hindi would be an added advantage.

Knowledge in Jewellery Business and SQL as an added advantage
