Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors professionally.
- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
- Provide information to visitors and customers.
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization.
- Keep records, files, and visitor logs updated.
- Assist with basic administrative and clerical duties.
- Coordinate with different departments as needed.
