Job Overview
We are hiring QA Trainees / Manual Testing Freshers who are interested in starting their career in Software Quality Assurance.
This is a paid, stipend-based training opportunity designed for fresh graduates who want practical exposure to software testing and real-time projects.
You will receive structured training and hands-on experience in Manual Testing, Test Case Creation, Bug Reporting, Functional Testing, Regression Testing, and QA processes.
We are looking for candidates with good technical fundamentals, logical thinking, attention to detail, and a strong willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand project requirements and specifications.
- Create test scenarios and test cases based on requirements.
- Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications.
- Execute functional, smoke, sanity, and regression testing.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and defects.
- Re-test fixed defects and perform regression testing.
- Maintain testing documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with developers and other team members to resolve issues.
- Follow defined QA processes and contribute to improving product quality.
Required Skills & QualificationsMust Have
- B.Tech / BCA / MCA or a related technical degree.
- Basic knowledge of Software Testing / Manual Testing.
- Good logical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic technical and programming fundamentals.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
Good to Have
- Understanding of SDLC and STLC.
- Basic knowledge of SQL.
- Understanding of Bug Life Cycle.
- Familiarity with Jira or other bug-tracking tools.
- Basic knowledge of API testing / Postman.
- Basic understanding of web applications and browsers.
Note: You do not need to know every tool or testing technique listed above. Structured training will be provided. We are primarily looking for candidates with good fundamentals and a genuine interest in building a career in QA.
Eligibility
- Freshers.
- B.Tech graduates preferred; BCA/MCA and related technical backgrounds are also considered.
- Candidates must be willing to work from office.
- Candidates should be based in or willing to relocate to Chandigarh or Noida.
