We are looking for a passionate and target-driven Academic Counselor to guide prospective students, convert leads into enrollments, and provide an excellent admission experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and professionals regarding our courses and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and online leads.
- Understand students' learning goals and recommend suitable programs.
- Convert qualified leads into admissions by achieving monthly enrollment targets.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain strong relationships.
- Conduct course presentations and explain program features, fees, and payment options.
- Maintain accurate lead and admission records in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the admissions, marketing, and academic teams.
- Assist students throughout the admission and onboarding process.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and professional communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Academic Counselor, Education Counselor, Admission Counselor, Telecaller, or Sales Counselor.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Strong counseling, sales, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to achieve admission and revenue targets.
- Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in EdTech, Training Institutes, or Educational Organizations.
- Knowledge of AI, Digital Marketing, or Technology courses is an added advantage.
- Experience handling WhatsApp Business and CRM platforms.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
