About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Sales Manager to handle customers, drive product sales, generate leads, negotiate and close deals. The candidate will also coordinate with the sales team and monitor daily sales activities. Experience in Sanitaryware, Aluminium, Windows & Doors or related Building Materials will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle showroom and customer enquiries and understand requirements.
- Explain product features, specifications, pricing and suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate and finalize deals.
- Follow up with customers/leads and achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate and guide the sales team and monitor daily activities.
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure proper follow-up.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution.
- Visit client/project sites whenever required for meetings, deal closure, measurements, fitting checks and installation-related requirements.
- Stay updated with products, pricing and market trends.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience.
- Experience in Sanitaryware / Aluminium / Windows & Doors / Building Materials Sales preferred.
- Team coordination/handling experience preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Basic computer knowledge with MS Office/Excel.
- Strong customer handling, negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Fast learner, confident and target-oriented.
- Comfortable travelling to client/project locations whenever required.
Compensation & Benefits
- ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month based on experience and suitability.
