Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Visa Specialist with 5+ years of expertise in tourist visa processing. The candidate should have strong knowledge of visa procedures for multiple countries and excellent client-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end tourist visa applications
- Guide clients on visa requirements, forms, and documentation
- Verify and organize documents before submission
- Handle urgent cases/rejections with corrective solutions
- Update clients on their application status and timelines
- Maintain accurate visa records and reports
- Deliver excellent customer service and support
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in tourist visa processing
- Strong knowledge of Schengen, UK, US, Canada, UAE visa requirements
- Experience with destinations like Bali, Singapore, and Thailand is a plus.
- Excellent communication and client handling skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple cases
