Solution Architect – Python / Cloud / MicroservicesRole
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with 8–15 years of overall IT experience, including at least 5 years of hands-on experience in the Insurance, Membership, and Payment domains.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in enterprise solution architecture, Python development, microservices, API integration, cloud platforms, and modern architectural patterns. This is a hands-on architecture role requiring the candidate to actively participate in coding, development, and technical implementation alongside architecture and design responsibilities.
The candidate should be capable of translating complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions, providing architectural direction to development teams, and contributing directly to implementation when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end solution architectures aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Define application, integration, data, security, and infrastructure architecture for enterprise solutions.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders, Product Owners, Architects, and Development teams.
- Lead architecture discussions and provide technical direction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Define microservices architecture, integration patterns, and API strategies.
- Review and approve solution designs, technical specifications, and implementation approaches.
- Ensure solutions comply with enterprise architecture standards, security policies, and industry best practices.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership and guidance to development teams during implementation and deployment.
- Identify technical risks, dependencies, and appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Drive performance optimization, scalability, availability, and disaster recovery initiatives.
- Support DevOps, CI/CD, cloud migration, and automation initiatives.
- Participate in architecture governance, design reviews, and key technical decision-making.
- Contribute directly to coding and development activities when required.
Primary Skills
- 8+ years of strong hands-on experience in Python development.
- Strong expertise in designing and developing enterprise-grade applications using modern architectural principles and design patterns.
- Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture, RESTful APIs, Event-Driven Architecture, and API Gateways.
- 3+ years of experience working with cloud platforms.
- 1+ year of hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with messaging technologies such as Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Azure Service Bus.
- Strong understanding of application security, including OAuth 2.0, JWT, SAML, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and following Agile delivery methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Secondary Skills / Preferred
- Experience with AI/ML platforms, Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, or Analytics solutions.
- Experience with Azure Services, Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, or similar enterprise platforms.
- Certifications such as TOGAF, Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Solutions Architect, or equivalent are preferred.

Overall Profile: A hands-on Solution Architect who combines strong Python development expertise with enterprise architecture, cloud, microservices, integration, and domain knowledge, while remaining actively involved in technical implementation and delivery.
Pay: Up to ₹200,000.00 per month
