Job Title: Customer Delight Executive
Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers can also apply)
Industry Preference: FMCG
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Resolve customer complaints within defined timelines and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records and CRM data.
- Analyze customer data and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution and enhanced customer experience.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Data analysis and data handling skills.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools.
- Customer-centric approach and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
