About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth by developing strong relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 customers, and key stakeholders in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities in the automotive sector.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 customers, and strategic clients.
* Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical and commercial solutions.
* Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and business agreements.
* Follow up with customers to convert leads into business opportunities.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
* Represent the company in client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
