Rain & Rainbow is one of India's leading ethnic wear brands, known for blending traditional craftsmanship with contemporary fashion. We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Social Media Manager to strengthen our digital presence and build meaningful engagement with our audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging content calendars, captions, campaigns, reels, and stories.
- Coordinate photoshoots, product launches, and festive campaigns.
- Track social media trends, viral content formats, and competitor activities.
- Manage influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.
- Monitor community engagement, comments, and customer interactions.
- Analyse performance metrics and provide monthly growth reports.
- Work closely with the marketing, design, and merchandising teams to ensure brand consistency.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Social Media Management, preferably in Fashion, Apparel, Lifestyle, or D2C brands.
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, content marketing, and social media trends.
- Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and creative storytelling skills.
- Ability to independently plan and execute campaigns.
