5 to 8 Years in US Staffing / IT Staffing Sales
Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Development Manager with proven experience in US staffing sales and client acquisition. The ideal candidate should have strong experience generating direct clients, understanding IT/non-IT staffing requirements, and building long-term relationships with hiring managers, MSPs, and procurement teams across the US market.
The role requires someone who can independently drive the sales cycle from lead generation to closure while coordinating closely with recruiters and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new direct clients for US staffing services
- Generate business through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, email campaigns, and references
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, and decision-makers
- Gather staffing requirements and coordinate with recruitment teams for delivery
- Negotiate contracts, rates, MSAs, NDAs, and payment terms
- Work on IT, Engineering, Healthcare, or Non-IT staffing requirements based on business focus
- Manage client accounts and ensure consistent delivery and client satisfaction
- Track sales pipeline, closures, and revenue targets
- Work with MSP/VMS clients when required
- Stay updated on US staffing market trends and hiring demands
Required Skills
- Strong experience in US staffing business development
- Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience working with direct clients, MSPs, or VMS portals
- Understanding of W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models
- Familiarity with US work authorization types and staffing processes
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field
- Existing client network in the US staffing industry is a plus
- Experience with ATS/CRM tools preferred
Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bangalore City, Bengaluru, Karnataka
