Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Video Editor who understands reels, ads, and storytelling.
The ideal candidate should be able to turn raw footage into high-quality, engaging, and conversion-focused video content.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, Ads) for Instagram, YouTube, and Meta platforms
- Create high-performing ad creatives for digital marketing campaigns
- Add motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, sound effects, and music
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with campaign objectives
- Optimize videos based on performance metrics such as watch time and engagement
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form videos
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and editing styles
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of social media content formats and trends
- Knowledge of storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement
- Experience in editing ad creatives is preferred
- Basic understanding of color grading and sound design
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience with AI-based video tools such as Runway or Pictory
- Motion graphics and animation skills
- Basic graphic design knowledge (Photoshop or Canva)
- Experience working on performance marketing campaigns
