Position: Application Engineer – Machine Tools (EDM / WEDM)
Location: Phursungi, Pune (Near Hadapsar)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Final Inspection & Testing (FIT) for WEDM, EDM, and EDM Drill Machines within the defined timelines
- Conduct customer trials and demonstrate machine performance before dispatch
- Provide customer training and technical support to customers and field service engineers.
- Handle machining process-related activities with strong technical expertise
- Work efficiently on CNC machine operations and machining applications.
- Troubleshoot and provide application support for EDM & CNC WEDM Machine Tools
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful machine commissioning and customer satisfaction
Desired Candidate Profile
- Diploma in Tool & Die Engineering or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
- 2- 3 years Hands-on experience with EDM / WEDM Machine Tools
- Strong knowledge of CNC machining operations and machining processes
- Excellent troubleshooting and customer support skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to travel for customer support and machine demonstrations, if required
