Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and customer inquiries professionally.
- Welcome and attend visitors at the office reception.
- Maintain client records and daily call reports.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales team.
- Manage front desk operations and office communication smoothly.
Skills Required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
- Confident speaking skills in Hindi, Punjabi, and basic English.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to handle clients politely and efficiently.
Qualification:
- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
