Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and vigilant Security Guard to join our team in Ranthambore, Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests, employees, property, and assets while maintaining a professional and courteous presence.
The ideal candidate should be disciplined, alert, physically fit, and able to respond calmly and effectively to security situations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol hotel/resort/villa premises regularly.
- Control access of visitors, staff, vendors, and vehicles.
- Maintain security at entrances and exits.
- Observe and report suspicious activity, incidents, or safety concerns.
- Ensure guest safety and provide assistance when required.
- Monitor CCTV systems and report unusual activities.
- Conduct regular property inspections and perimeter checks.
- Maintain security logs and incident reports.
- Assist during emergencies, evacuations, or safety situations.
- Coordinate with management regarding security concerns.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum education: 10th / 12th pass preferred.
- Previous security experience preferred.
- Experience in hotels, resorts, hospitality, or residential properties is an advantage.
- Basic reading and communication skills.
- Physically fit and able to stand and patrol for long periods.
- Honest, disciplined, and dependable.
- Ability to work day and night shifts.
