About the Role
SafetyNet Innovations is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Client Operations Associate to support client servicing and operational processes within the insurance sector. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic operational knowledge, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client onboarding and servicing processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client queries.
- Maintain and update operational data in Excel.
- Prepare reports using Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of operational tasks.
Requirements
- 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Interest in the insurance industry.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹230,000.00 per year
