Position Details
- Position: Regional HR
- Locations: Thrissur & Kottayam
- Qualification: MBA in Human Resources (Preferred)
- Experience: 8–10 Years
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and statutory regulations.
- Manage attendance, leave administration, HR documentation, and employee records.
- Oversee regional HR administration and facility management.
- Support performance management, learning & development, and employee growth.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, HR MIS, and HR analytics.
- Partner with business leaders to strengthen people practices and organizational performance.
We're Looking For
✔ 8–10 years of experience in HR Operations & Administration.
✔ MBA in Human Resources (Preferred).
✔ Strong understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.
✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
✔ Ability to manage multiple locations and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
