Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead – Automation Anywhere (RPA) to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Automation Anywhere, hands-on leadership experience, and the ability to drive end-to-end RPA delivery across business and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere (A360/A2019).
- Define RPA architecture, standards, best practices, and reusable frameworks.
- Act as the technical owner for RPA delivery, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Mentor RPA developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce quality standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Manage bot lifecycle activities including development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and support.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise governance, security, and audit standards.
- Integrate Automation Anywhere solutions with APIs, databases, web applications, desktop applications, and enterprise systems.
- Drive production support, issue resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
- 15+ years of overall IT experience with 10+ years in RPA development and delivery.
- Strong expertise in Automation Anywhere A360/A2019.
- Hands-on experience with Bot Creator, Control Room, IQ Bot, and Bot Insight.
- Proven experience leading large-scale RPA teams and enterprise automation programs.
- Strong understanding of RPA design patterns, exception handling, logging, and performance optimization.
- Experience with SQL, databases, REST/SOAP APIs, and system integrations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to UiPath and Blue Prism.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of OCR and Intelligent Document Processing solutions.
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or other regulated industries.
Soft Skills
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage delivery risks effectively.
