Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on AI Software Developer with 2–5 years of practical software development experience, preferably with strong exposure to Claude Code, LLM-based application development, API integrations and AI-driven automation.
The candidate will be responsible for developing and deploying practical AI solutions that automate ERP workflows, factory operations, reporting, documentation and business processes for our export manufacturing setup.
The ideal candidate should be a strong developer who can convert business requirements into working AI-powered applications and automated workflows, rather than focusing only on prompt engineering or AI research.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, deploy and maintain AI-powered software applications and automation tools using Claude Code and LLM workflows.
- Build applications using LLM APIs such as Claude, OpenAI, Gemini or similar platforms.
- Design and implement AI-driven workflows for ERP and factory operations.
- Integrate AI applications with existing ERP, CRM, databases and third-party APIs.
- Develop REST APIs and backend services for AI-powered business applications.
- Automate repetitive processes involving data entry, reporting, documentation, approvals and workflow management.
- Build AI tools for different departments including merchandising, production, purchase, inventory, quality, finance, HR and management.
- Develop intelligent systems for data extraction, classification, summarization and decision support.
- Integrate LLMs with company databases and business systems to enable intelligent data retrieval and analysis.
- Build AI assistants/chatbots that can interact with internal company data and ERP systems.
- Develop automated workflows for production planning, order tracking, inventory, T&A, purchase follow-up and reporting.
- Work with ERP/database teams to understand existing workflows and identify opportunities for AI automation.
- Develop and maintain integrations between ERP, Excel, email, APIs and internal applications.
- Implement appropriate authentication, authorization, logging and security for AI applications.
- Test, debug and optimize AI applications for reliability, performance and accuracy.
- Deploy applications to cloud/server environments and monitor production systems.
- Continuously evaluate new AI models, tools and development frameworks that can improve factory and business automation.

Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of practical software development experience.

- Strong understanding of LLM APIs and AI application development.
- Experience with Claude Code is strongly preferred.
- Strong API integration and backend development skills.
- Ability to understand existing business processes and convert them into automated workflows.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of AI automation projects.
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with business, factory and management teams.
