About the Role
We are looking for passionate and client-focused ERP Implementation Consultants to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering successful ERP implementations by working closely with clients, understanding their business processes, and ensuring seamless system deployment and adoption.
Key Responsibilities
1. Requirement Analysis & Solution Design
- Gather and analyze client requirements
- Map business processes and propose effective solutions
2. ERP Implementation & Configuration
- Configure ERP modules such as Finance, HR, Inventory, Procurement, and Projects
- Ensure smooth deployment and system readiness
3. Testing & Go-Live Support
- Lead go-live activities
- Ensure successful system rollout
4. Client Training & Support
- Deliver end-user training and create functional documentation
- Provide post-implementation support to ensure user adoption
5. Collaboration & Issue Resolution
- Coordinate with development teams for customizations and integrations
- Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve critical issues
6. Travel & Deployment
- Travel across India for client implementations
- Opportunity for international exposure based on project requirements
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of hands-on ERP implementation experience
- Strong functional knowledge of Finance, HR, Inventory, Procurement, and Projects
- Good understanding of business workflows and process mapping
- Strong communication, analytical, and client-facing skills
- Ability to work independently at client locations
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
