HR Executive – Hosur Plant (2–3 Years Experience)

Typical Job Responsibilities
For an HR Executive in a plant/manufacturing setup:
- Recruitment & onboarding
- Hiring shop-floor workers, engineers, supervisors
- Attendance & payroll coordination
- Statutory compliance
- PF, ESI, labor laws, factory compliance
- Employee relations
- Handling grievances, discipline issues
- Training & development
- HR documentation & audits
If “PEB experience” (Pre-Engineered Buildings) is required:
This usually means:
- Experience in manufacturing / fabrication plants
- Understanding of blue-collar workforce management
- Exposure to industrial safety & compliance
Required Qualifications
- MBA / MSW in HR (preferred)
- Or BBA / BA with HR experience
- Knowledge of:
- Labor laws
- Excel / HRMS systems

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
