Job Overview
Nidalco Energy Private Limited is hiring Solar Installation Technicians for on-site solar installation projects. The candidate will be responsible for installing solar systems, wiring, mounting structures, and ensuring quality and safety standards during installation.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform on-site installation of rooftop and ground-mounted solar systems.
- Install solar panels, mounting structures, inverters, and related equipment.
- Handle AC/DC wiring and system connections as per company standards.
- Ensure proper alignment, safety compliance, and system performance.
- Assist in testing and commissioning of solar systems after installation.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and project managers for smooth execution.
- Maintain tools, materials, and equipment at project sites.
- Travel to assigned locations for installation work when required.
Qualification & Experience
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Related Field (Preferred)
- Minimum 1 to 2 Years of Experience in Solar Installation
- Basic Knowledge of Electrical Wiring and Solar Systems
- Ability to Work at Heights and Travel for Site Work
