Job Summary:
The Field Sales Executive visits potential and existing customers to promote products or services, generate leads, close sales, and maintain strong customer relationships. The role requires frequent travel within the assigned area and a strong focus on meeting sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit customers, retailers, distributors, or businesses in the assigned territory.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
- Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients.
- Negotiate prices, contracts, and terms of sale.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collect market information and monitor competitor activities.
- Prepare daily sales reports and update customer records.
- Follow up on leads and resolve customer concerns.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery.
